2. Design of Electrical installation including High Voltage/Extra High Voltage (HV/EHV) sub-stations and distribution systems, drives and controls.
   
   
3. Selection of captive Power Generation and its distribution system based on operating pattern.
   
   
4. Distribution of internal electrical system and switching circuits of lighting system based on illumination engineering and usage.
   
   
5. Preparation of conceptual layouts for communication System, Audio-Video, Voice and Data- systems.
   
   
6. Selection of equipments and wiring schedule for LV services like Multi Channel TV, CCTV & security system and PA and Music system.
   
   
7. Preparation of Fire Zoning with Fire Detection and Fire Alarm system layouts.
   
   
8. Building Management System suitable for operation of Chillers, Billing and power consumption checks including maintenance scheduling etc.
   
   
9. Preparation of Tender Documents with conditions of contract, schedule of quantities and specifications. Identify contractors and assisting in finalising the various vendors/ contractors and the rates of works to be awarded.
   
   
10. Checking the contractor’s shop drawings & approval for execution of works at site. Site visits to co-ordinate the works, quality checks and certification of measurements.
    
    
11. Getting ‘As- Built’ drawing made and assist contractor in handing over to user/ maintenance department.
